The Barceló Edinburgh Carlton Hotel provides an ideal base for all those wishing to visit Edinburgh for the sights, rugby or on business.
Air-conditioning has been installed throughout and the old 197 bedrooms have been remodeled to create 189 larger and more comfortable rooms. Each en suite bathroom has a Continental made Bette Bath for the ultimate in luxury, and for our business traveller there is a work station in each room. The first floor is also where you'll find the meeting rooms, which have been carefully designed for comfort and compatibility with modern technology equipment.

Our standard double rooms are spacious and classically decorated giving a hint of Scottish design. The beds have been hand picked for exceptional comfort and support. Each modern styled room has been designed with workstations and modem points, WiFi, TV with pay-movies, refreshment trays and mini bar. Some rooms have views of Arthur's Seat. The modern ensuite bathrooms are installed with unique Continental made Bette Baths and invigorating showers for you to relax in with the complimentary toiletries.
From the m6: follow the m6 into the a74(m) exiting at Junction 13 onto the a702 which eventually leads straight into Edinburgh. Once in the city, follow signs for Edinburgh Waverley train station. The Carlton Hotel is located on North Bridge which sits above the station, and adjacent to the Royal Mile.
